I just came across this picture on a trip to Washington state a few years ago. What a wonderful experience to capture these great works of art.
Dale Chihuly has a talent for color and expression through blown glass art. The massive Bridge of Glass at the Museum of Glass at the dock in Tacoma is spectacular. The City Building next to the bridge has several of he pieces on display including a free spirited piece in the atrium that must be 20 feet in height. There is no wonder why Chihuly is known internationally for his glass works.
